Job Description

We have an exciting new role, our client an IT software company is looking to recruit an international channel manager for its office in Nicosia. You will be responsible for recruiting, managing and driving sales staff through our growing network of partners. In order to ensure successful partnerships and achieve revenue and expansion objectives, the international expectations include Europe, Africa, the Gulf region and Middle East.
This role will report to an executive director, and you will work closely with the software development team, the Pre-Sales, Marketing and R&D teams to build and execute partner business plans. The majority of time will be spent recruiting and enabling new partners and developing and executing joint business plans to drive performance.

Tasks and daily activities also include:
Identifying target partners - predominantly solution providers, system integrators and distributors, and managing and following up on partner requests. You will lead regular calls and meetings with partners to discuss opportunity pipelines and forecasts. There will be a marketing strategy and events to attend with partners.
You should have the ability to conduct quarterly business reviews (QBR) with partners; act as go-to resource for partners’ questions, concerns or issues; participate in marketing events and manage contracts plus renewals with partners. Where required you will participate in Global Alliances initiatives.
